On our way to Hollywell in the Blue Mountains, hiking is a beautiful way to exercise and bond with your love ones. The beautiful scenery helps you to relax and unwind, My aim is to educate people to the fact that you don't have to spend all your time in the gym doing the same routines over and over again. Maybe its time to start knowing your country a little bit better, see how beautiful our country is and then maybe we will take care of it better and have less war strife in our beautiful little country.

  2. Boot Camp can be fun, pushing yourself a little bit more can be quite rewarding in the end, dig deep!

  3. I would love boot camp, cause I don't push myself hard enough. I know that if I want to push more I could do it, but a str8 lazy mi lazy more time :P.. I just don´t have a reason to push harder some times, and I stop when it´s comfortable to stop.

    If someone would tell me to push one more, I would do that, to show that I can do it :D..

  4. yes thats the beauty of group workouts, you get encouragement from others and thats where a good trainer plays a vital role in looking at your body language and know that you have more....dig deep!
