The punching bag has many uses and today I'll just mention a few of these uses. The bag can be used to give you a great cardio workout, simply unleash on the bag in 3 minute periods resting a minute between each period and prepare yourself for the burn because you are going to burn a lot of calories. The bag can also be used to release angry pent up energy, just unleash on the bag for as long as you can until all the negative energy is drained from your body. And final use I want to talk is about is using the bag as a warm up for your workout a great way to warm up and to introduce a little variety to your routine. there are lots of other uses for the bag especially for fighters but the uses mentioned above are pretty good for the normal everyday exercisers who is just seeking to bring a little variety to his or her workout.
